Stacie has been one of our cocktail chemists since 2011.  Her smart wit and sas has made her a favorite of our regulars, & her ability to mix up some of our favorite house cocktails has made her a favorite of ours too.  Interested in booking a gig at Coyote's, or if there is a beer that you feel is missing from our selection, Stacie is the lady to talk to.

Amy Hilliard

General Manager

Amy has been working for the Fort Worth Restaurant & Coyote Joe's since 2004, taking over the General Management position for both businesses in 2011.  Amy is working things behind the scenes, to make sure that things are running smoothly, & you might even catch her behind the bar mixin' things up.   Interested in booking a party in our V.I.P Lounge?  Amy can help you plan whatever your next event is!
